Join Mitsubishi Yowa Sports Club

Mitsubishi Yowakai Foundation runs Mitsubishi Yowa Sports Club, a for-profit undertaking. Employees of the Mitsubishi Group Companies and its associates can access the facilities for a discounted price.

Core Mitsubishi Companies

“Core Companies” refers to the 24 Mitsubishi Group companies that are members of the Kinyokai.
Membership of Mitsubishi Yowa Sports Club is open to employees and alumni of Core Companies and the family members of such persons.
Core Companies and Core Company Members can hire club facilities (including outdoor and indoor sports courts and a conference room).

Non-Core Mitsubishi Companies

Affiliated companies of Member Companies can enroll as Corporate Members under the Mitsubishi Corporate Membership program.
Employees of Corporate Member Companies and their family members are eligible to join Mitsubishi Yowa Sports Club.
Corporate Member Companies and their employees can also hire club facilities (including outdoor and indoor sports court and a conference room).
As of February 2026, 62 Non-Core Mitsubishi Companies have signed up.
Participating companies value this program as part of employee benefits and as a place to foster exchange across Mitsubishi Group companies.

Employees and spouses of Mitsubishi Individual Member Eligible Companies that are not enrolled as Corporate Members may join Mitsubishi Yowa Sports Club.

Pool

The swimming pool is 50 m long and divided into two 25 m sections. Both sections have designated lanes for different purposes (e.g., lane swimming, walking). Enrolled members can participate in swimming classes and aquarobics.

This Training room has a generous selection of machines for aerobic exercises and weightlifting, as well as free weights. Fitness coaches are on hand to offer guidance to patrons of all levels and purposes.

Studio

The studio offers a range of fitness and wellbeing programs that are accessible and fun. The programs include aerobics, dance, yoga, qigong, tai chi, and pilates.

Offering a view of the indoor sports court below, this Training room has equipment for aerobic exercises or weightlifting. This Training room also features group programs and personal fitness training.

In this indoor sports court, we organize a range of accessible sports games, including basketball, badminton, and futsal.
Enrolled members can participate in a tennis training program.

Golf Range

Golf driving range

Here you will find a 22-yard (20 m) driving range with two floors (floor 2 and 3), each with seven shooting slots. There are also outdoor areas for practicing bunker shots and chip shots.
The range also offers lesson plans taught by a professional coach.

The locker room is spacious and equipped with sophisticated restrooms and electric massage chairs. The design uses wood tones to create a relaxing atmosphere.

After all the sporting action, come and relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash / shower gels are provided.

Rentals

Each time you visit, we’ll lend you a free towel and face cloth. You can also rent a shirt, pair of shorts, or a pair of shoes. Lockers are rented monthly.

You get one set free. You can rent additional towels for ¥150 each and additional face cloths for ¥50 each.
②Shirt, shorts, shoes
One set of shirt, shorts, and shoes costs ¥600. Alternatively, you could pay ¥200 to rent just a shirt, ¥200 to rent just a pair of shorts, or ¥300 to rent just a pair of shoes.

Locker rental

*Rental agreements are signed with the employee/alumnus (not with a family member or spouse)
¥1,880/month for medium size locker, ¥1,040 for standard size locker

You must complete the enrolment procedure in person at Sugamo sports center. Make sure you bring everything you need (check below for the required items).

1The following rules apply to children (elementary schoolers and preschoolers): Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. There must be one responsible adult for every two children at the club. We do not allow children to use their own lockers—their belongings should be stowed in the locker of the accompanying adult. We do not allow elementary schoolers to enter the locker room of the opposite sex—the accompanying adult must be of the same sex as the child for that child to enter a locker room.

When the monthly fee is withdrawn

The monthly fee is automatically withdrawn from your designated account on the 27th day of the month (or on the following day if the 27th is a bank holiday). The first transfer will be made two months after the month in which you enrolled (for example, if you enrolled in January, the first transfer will be made in March). Shinkin bank accounts are accepted. Japan Post Bank (Yucho) and some credit union accounts are not supported.

*Enrolment for persons aged 75 or older

If you are or will be aged 75 or older on the fiscal year (April to March of the following year) in which you enroll, you will need to undergo Fitness test at Sugamo sports center before the enrolment procedure begins.

Guests

Guests must be accompanied by a member. We allow no more than three guests per member.

・Guest fee

We charge ¥2,610 for each guest of high school age or older, and ¥1,360 for each junior-high school guest (pool and locker room only). Guests can only use the pool and locker room.

You are free to use the facilities as soon as the enrolment procedure is completed.
