Pool

Measuring 50m long, 122cm deep, and with eight lanes, this indoor heated pool can be used for competitive events. The pool is usually divided into two 25m sections with a motorized divider. The pool is sterilized using ozone, ensuring that patrons can swim in clean and clear water.

School/group locker room

Locker room (for sports clubs and adult schools)

The locker room is long and spacious, at 1,400㎡, and includes a bathroom, sauna, jacuzzi, makeup space, and electric massage chairs. The design features a unified wood tone so that you can cool off in a relaxing atmosphere.

Here, our sports physiotherapists work their magic and cast away your aches and pains.

PRO SHOP

PRO SHOP has many kinds of sports goods. You can find a full range of sportswear, including sports shoes and swimwear. The shop also sells designated sportswear for junior school students.

At the Training room, fitness coaches are on hand to offer guidance to patrons of all levels and purposes.

Indoor sports court

A variety of sports can be played in here. At 1,930㎡, the court accommodates three internationally standard volleyball courts.

Multi studio

Lounge

In this spacious area, we have prepared seating for families and groups, as well as partitioned seats that are easy to use when visiting alone.

The Lounge is the only place in the building where eating is allowed.
Vending machines for snacks, drinks, and ice cream are available, and Wi-Fi is also provided.
Please use this as a relaxing space for breaks, waiting during pick-up and drop-off, or doing homework before practice.

Studio

The studio is spacious, at 180㎡. A mirror runs along the wall, allowing you to observe the movements you and others make.

Gymnastics hall

Used by the gymnastics school, this hall contains a range of gymnastics apparatus.

Training room 2

This Training room offers personal fitness training, fitness tests, and short programs. The high ceiling gives a spacious feel. A generous selection of free weights is provided.

Conference room

With generous windows, this room provides a bright and cheerful meeting space.

Outdoor sports ground

This 102m × 65m outdoor sports ground can be used for soccer, softball, and various other games. The artificial turf is easy on the feet.

Golf driving range

This is a 22-yard (20m) driving range with two floors and a total of 14 shooting slots. There are also outdoor areas for practicing bunker shots and chip shots. Golf lessons are available.

Dojo 1F (wood flooring)

The floor of this dojo uses Kirishima pine panels, which are easy on bare feet.
